Is it possible to love someone who is older than you by many years? I just don't know how I should act in one situation or another with people my own age . Maybe it's just some kind of prejudice?

Maybe . I think you need time to sort yourself out and see if you need it. I personally think the hardest thing in a relationship is Jealousy . How old you are doesn't really matter. I think it is more important that you learn to understand each other and try to be on the same page. I think that is one of the hardest things in life. Relationships are not easy.
