The conference entirely consists of company presentations, which I like, but it is "pay to play" (ie you pay to present). I was at their conference in NY most recently and I thought the quality of the companies and audience was very high. The audience had a range of people including: VCs, Corp(Google etc), Banks, Card Networks, Startups, and other financial institutions.
